Permanent library cards are only issued at the library. Library cards are easy to obtain.

A library card is free to all residents or property owners of Iron County.

To get a Library Card:

Bring in picture ID AND something that verifies your local address or property ownership (mail that you have received, a utility bill, a tax notice, etc.).

Minors (persons under 18) must have a legal adult sign to obtain a library card. The legal adult is the contacting party and is responsible for all materials that is checked out on the minor's card, including loss or damage.
