The agenda for meeting is as follows: 1. Call to order - Open meeting and roll call. 2. Agenda approved - approve agenda. 3. Minutes approved - approve minutes. 4. Financial report - expenses/bills for approval. 5. Public comment - guest from the floor. 6. Correspondence. 7. Unfinished/new business - We are having a coloring contest for halloween. Children pick up coloring pages and get a prize and treat. We will start a craft program for the kids. Starting mid Nov. 8. Training for the board - discuss chpt 6 and read chpt 7 for Nov. 9. Director/Staff report - Recieved a monetary donation from the estate of Sonja Bloomquist, for memorial, money will be used for children's programs. 10. Agenda for next meeting. 11. Adjourn.
