Early Out Program Online Registration Form

Children participating in the Early Out Program are expected to behave in the

following ways:

Participate in the planned activity or do one of the provided alternative activities.
Behave as if they are in a public building and abide by the patron conduct policy. All library policies can be found on the website or in the Policy Manual in the library.
Treat their peers with respect and not punch, kick, hit, call them names or otherwise cause harm to others.

Those who are consistently disruptive will be removed from the program and will not be welcome back for a minimum

of one session. The disruptive child’s parent or guardian will need to discuss the issue with the librarian before their

child will be allowed to participate in the future. If the problem persists the child will not be welcome to participate

unless their parent or guardian is present.
