The Vernon Parish Library Board met in a special called meeting, Monday, November 18, 2019 at 3 pm to discuss and approve the 2020 proposed budget.

Mrs. McKee led in opening prayer.

Members present were Mrs.  Westerchil, Mrs. Bealer, Mrs. Skinner, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Jones and Mrs. McKee. Absent was Mr. Davis.

Mr. Coy presented the 2020 proposed budget. After some discussion, the budget was approved as presented. Motion made by Mrs. Skinner, seconded by Mrs. Jones. Carried.

There being no other business, meeting was adjourned.
