The Vernon Parish Library Board met in regular session Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

Members present were Mr. Kuk, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Bealer, Mrs. Blankenbaker, and Mr. Davis. Absent were Mr. Jones and Mrs. Westerchil.

Mrs. Westerchil called Mr. Coy and submitted her resignation from the Board due to illness.

Mr. Coy asked Mrs. Bealer to lead in opening prayer.

Mr. Kuk made the motion, seconded by Mr. Martin to approve the minutes of the previous meetng as presented. Carried.

Mr. Coy presented the financial and statistical reports as well as the Director’s Report.

Mr. Coy presented the revised 2022 budget. Mrs. Bealer made the motion to approve, seconded by Mr. Martin. Carried.

There being no other business, meeting was adjourned.
