    Use and Circulation of Library Materials The South Campus Grade School Library gives all its users free access to the collection under the following conditions:

    1. General reference books like dictionaries, encyclopedias, atlases, yearbooks, almanacs and handbooks should be read within the library only.
    2. Reserve books are books used as basic reference for the curriculum. They are available at the circulation counter. They may be borrowed for home use (overnight) from 4:30 p.m. and should be returned at 9:40 a.m., the following library open day.
    3. Non-fiction books may be allowed for 3 days and may be renewed for another 3 days.
    4. Fiction books can be borrowed for 3 days and may be renewed for another 3 days.
    5. Filipiniana books may be borrowed for home use (overnight).
    6. Loose and bound issues of magazines are for library use
