Spring Amphibians Close Up 5/13/2010 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Join naturalist Jan Lambert as she explains the breeding behavior of New England's salamanders, frogs and toads, and the various Citizen Science programs that are looking for help. She will be showing her close-up video clips of spring amphibians, expecially calling frogs and toads. These clips were gained over many hours of wading and crawling through the mud and water of the area's wetlands. The audience may also experience a variety of live amphibians on display. Co-sponsored by the Nature Museum, Springfield Library and Ascutney Mountain Audubon Society. 885-3108
