3D Printing
The Library’s 3D printer is available to the public to make three-dimensional objects in plastic using a design that is uploaded from a digital computer file. Prices for printed items vary; click the link above for more information.
Exam Proctoring
Limited exam proctoring services for written and online examinations is provided free of charge by the library. This service is based on the availability of personnel, facilities, and technology and must not compromise other library services. The library reserves the right to refuse to proctor exams in instances where it interferes with library operations or in cases where they are deemed unreasonable or burdensome to administer. Proctors are able to enforce time limits for exams, but are unable to monitor students one-on-one continuously during an exam. Students requesting proctor services must present a valid picture identification card (student I.D. or official government issued I.D.). Students who do not show up for a scheduled examination on more than one occasion will not have further tests proctored at the library.

Faxing/Photocopying
The library provides a self-service photocopier and scanner for patrons to use. There is no charge for scan-to-email services.
Photocopying Fees:
- Black & White - 15 cents (8 1/2x11 and 8 1/2x14 paper)
- Black & White - 30 cents (11x17 paper)
- Color - 50 cents (8 1/2x11 and 8 1/2x14 paper)
- Color - 75 cents (11x17 paper)
Library staff will fax materials or receive faxes for patrons at a cost of:
- Sending: every 20 pages = $1.00
- Receiving: $0.15 per page

Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) services are available at both library locations. This service allows patrons to borrow books, audio and video recordings, and/or receive photocopies of documents or articles that are owned by other libraries within the state of Louisiana, or even outside of the state. Fees may apply.

Mobile Printing
With the library's mobile print service, powered by @PrintByXerox, patrons are able to securely print from any email-enabled devices (computer, phone, tablet, iOS, Android™, Google® Chromebook™ and more) to a Xerox® printer or MFP using a single email address with no IT intervention. No training is needed. End-users simply send attachments to the email address, and release them at the MFP panel.
Please note: remote prints may only be sent during the library's normal operating hours and must be printed within two hours of submission.
To use the service:
Send documents by email to print@printbyxerox.com.
The system will reply with your username (email address) and password.
Patrons may then come to the library and access one of our available copiers.
Click on the @PrintByXerox icon on the home screen of the copier.
Login using the system-provided username (email address) and password.
Click on the documents you wish to print.
Pay for your copies.

Video Conversion Service
The Library provides a video conversion service to Natchitoches Parish Library patrons to convert analog video and audio content into a digital format.
Available equipment, while non-exclusive, can convert the following into a digital format.
• VHS cassette tapes
• 8mm (Hi8 MP) cassette tapes
