The USC Technological Center at the Talamban Campus, Nasipit Talamban has three audio visual rooms; namely Rigney Hall, van Engelen AV Room, and Hoeppener Hall. The Rigney Hall, located on the first floor of the Bunzel Building can seat 192 persons for seminars, forums and other like activities. The van Engelen AV Room located on the first floor of the Philip van Engelen Building can accommodate one class of 60 students. Hoeppener Hall has 130 seats. These facilities have many kinds of AV equipment and software materials for use by the five colleges in the Talamban Campus.

The audio-visual centers aim:

• to work for the expansion of the centers through the continuous acquisition and production of instructional materials
• to supervise the preparation and procurement of instructional materials
• to work with the teaching staff in the more effective use of various types of audio-visual materials to improve the quality of teaching
• to provide students with opportunities to make use of AV facilities
