How to Submit Bid / Proposal
Candidates must complete the form available from the Greenwood County Library. A completed proposal must contain: Completed RFP form with proof of necessary licenses and/or permits, and certificate meeting insurance requirements.
  • Download RFP
    • Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view & print forms.
    • Or pick up a copy of the RFP at the Reference Desk at the Greenwood County Library.
  • Proposal may be submitted by one of the methods listed below:
    • Mail: Greenwood County Library System, Attn:   600 S. Main St., Greenwood, SC 29646
    • Hand deliver: Greenwood County Library System, Attn:  600 S. Main St. in Uptown Greenwood, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
 
Important Details to Know
  • Proposals must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope/container showing the bid title and closing date.
  • The Greenwood County Library will not be responsible for unidentified submitted packages.
  • Each proposal will be opened and the bidder’s name read aloud along with pricing. No other information will be announced at that time.
  • The Library reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
  • LATE PACKAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  • Sealed bids may be mailed or hand-delivered.
  • Companies mailing their bids must allow a sufficient mail delivery period to ensure receipt by deadline. The Greenwood County Library is not responsible for submittals delayed by mail or delivery services of any nature.
