Want to read or listen to books on your device?    YES, you can!

Ebooks are made available to resident and fee card members of the St. Joseph / Maud Preston Palenske Memorial library through Libby at the Southwest Michigan Digital Library.

For the majority of devices, you will want to go to your app store and download the free Libby app.

Help getting started

You need only to log-in with your library card number and pin.   The PIN is the last four digits of your library barcode.   If you got your card recently, there may be a small gap (up to 1 week) between when your card was issued and when it is uploaded into the Overdrive system.   If this is your issue, please call the library.   We can enter you manually to get you started.

You may be asked to set up accounts for Overdrive and/or Adobe Digital Editions.    There are no charges for these.
